Biji Ketapang or Ketapang cake is one of traditional indonesia snack that commonly can be made as homemade. This usually found at Eid Mubarak time as snack for the gusest who come to regarding each ourself. This dish was so crunchy outside and soft inside and called biji ketapang cause the size which is like a seed. Now lets make your own Biji Ketapang!
Main Ingredient :
- 1 kg flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 butter
- 1/4 sugar
- Water
How To Make :
- Mix the flour and butter.
- Add sugar mix it well.
- Add the eggs and whisk it until became smooth dough. You can add some water.
- Make the dough into a long shape, and cut it thinly by scissors.
- Fried the small piece of ketapang cake until yellow golden colour.
- Your Biji Ketapang ready to serve!
