Recipe : Keto Full Apart Pizza Bread

Cook Time : 25 minutes 
Ingredient :
  1. 2 1/2  cups Mozzarella Cheese(shredded)
  2. 3 Eggs ( beaten)
  3. 1½ cups Almond Flour
  4. 1 Tbs Baking Powder
  5. 2 oz.Cream Cheese
  6. ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  7. 1 Tsp Rosemary seasoning
  8. ½ cup shredded mild Cheddar 
  9. ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
Optional:  
  1. Sliced jalapenos
  2. Non-stick cooking spray
  3. Non-stick Bundt Pan 
How To Make :
  1. Combine the almond flour with baking powder till it's completely mixed.
  2. Melt the Mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.  You can try this on the range top or for 1 minute within the microwave.
  3. Once the cheese has melted, add the flour mixture and eggs and knead it until it form into a sticky ball.  I constantly use a silicone mat at the countertop to do this step.
  4. Once the dough has come together and all of the ingredient are absolutely combined together, sprinkle the top of the dough with some parmesan cheese.  This will help the dough not be so sticky while you start to handle it. I flip the dough over and sprinkle a small amount at the back side of the dough too.
  5. Form the dough right into a ball and cut it in half .  Keep cutting the dough until you get about 16 pieces from each aspect for a complete of 32 portions total (give or take).
  6. Roll the pieces of dough into equal sizes balls then roll them in a plate of parmesan cheese that has been topped with a teaspoon of Rosemary seasoning.  (that is the secret to forming the pull apart bread due to the fact the parmesan cheese coats every dough ball allowing it  not to fully integrate at the same time as it is baking.  Plus, it adds extremely good flavor to this dough additionally.)
  7. Spray the bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. place the first layer of sixteen prepared dough balls into a non-stick bundt pan.
