  4. 1/3 cup low carb sweetener ( option : Swerve sweetener)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla ( option : Madagascar Bourbon)
  6. 1 pinch red Sea Salt ( otion : Sherpa action fine)
  7. 4 oz low carb chocolate chips ( option : Lily dark chocolate baking chip)
How To Make : 
  1. Cream together the primary six components until everything is incorporated well and a touch fluffy with hand mixer. Then with a silicon spatula (or the hand mixer on low) fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Refrigerate for approximately 20 mins or until the mixture firms up a bit. At this factor, you can scoop the dough out into 20 servings & maintain refrigerated or scoop them onto parchment paper, freeze for an hour then keep them for my part within the freezer for easy, on the go snacks!
