You’ll Need:
- 1 half c. cranberry pineapple 100% juice*
- 1/4 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/four c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 half of T. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. clean cranberries
- 1 Smithfield Marinated sweet Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Stir together juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch until mixed.
- upload beef tenderloin to big, oven-safe skillet.
- Pour juice mixture into skillet, and upload cranberries.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or till meat registers 145F.
- let rest for 10 minutes earlier than reducing.
- Spoon sauce over meat to serve.
RECIPE NOTES:
*Can alternative 1/2 pineapple juice and half of the cranberry juice if you cannot discover the cranberry pineapple juice combo.
