Recipe : Simple Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients :
- For the chocolate layer :
- Cooking spray- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk- 2 tbsp butter - For the peanut butter layer :
- 1 cup butter (cut into slices)- 1 cup peanut butter- 1/2 tsp vanilla- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar- 1 cup miniature peanut butter cups (quartered)
How To Make :
1. Coat an 9 inch square pan with cooking spray and line the pan with foil, leaving a 2 inch overhang on the sides. Coat the foil with cooking spray.
2. For the chocolate layer: place the chocolate chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk in a
microwave safe bowl3. Warmness for 60 seconds, then stir and warmth for a further 30 seconds or until melted. Stir till soft.
4. Use an offset spatula to firmly press the chocolate fudge into an excellent layer inside the bottom
of the pan5. Place the chocolate layer inside the freezer to set up at the same time as you put together the peanut
butter layer6. For the peanut butter layer: put the peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a massive microwave
secure bowl. warmth in 45 second increments until melted.7. Stir until soft, then bit by bit add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter comound while stirring
costantly8. Pour the peanut butter compound over the chocolate layer. fast press the peanut butter cups into
the pinnacle of the peanut butter layer.9. chill till firm, then use the foil to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into 36 squares.
Notes :
The amount of sweetened condensed milk on this recipe is the equal of 14 ounce can.
