Ingredient :
1. Three/four cup of Mozzarella
2. 1/3 cup almond flour
3. 2 eggs
4. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
5. 3 slices Bacon cooked
How To Make :
- Melt the shredded mozzarella & add the almond flour. Stir till well-combined. Roll the dough out among 2 sheets of parchment paper.
- Scramble the eggs in butter and lay them with Bacon slices alongside the center of the dough.
- Fold over and seal the dough. upload a few holes on the dough floor the usage of a fork. This allows release the steam while baking.
- Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown and firm to touch.
